Description
The Child Health and Illness Profile - Adolescent Edition (CHIP-AE) is a generic measure of health and quality of life. Part of the Child Health and Illness Profile family of validated instruments, the CHIP-AE is specifically for adolescents age 11-17.
Abstract
CHIP-AE has undergone extensive reliability and validity testing. The instrument has good psychometric properties and shows adolescents can accurately self report their health status.
