Abstract

The CDC HRQOL-14 "Healthy Days Measure" contains 14 items to measure health-related quality of life. It consists of three modules, the 4-item Healthy Days Core Module (CDC HDQOL-4), 5-item Activity Limitations Module, and 5-item Healthy Days Symptoms Module. The items are designed to measure broad influences on life, including more distal social and environmental factors such as housing, income, social support, and access to care. A spanish version is available as public domain.
